We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our educational products and services across global markets. Fluency Hub is a boutique English Language Teaching (ELT) provider dedicated to delivering exceptional language education for international students. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to oversee and grow our business. About the Role As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer needs. This role requires a minimum 1 - 2 years educational sales experience in a similar portfolio preferred with a proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the international education system. Skills and Experience Education: AQF Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Education, Business, or disciplines related to our products and services). Languages: English, Portuguese, and Spanish proficiency is required. Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders, both local onshore/ offshore education agents. Develop and implement marketing strategies and meet sales and KPIs. Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability in servicing the needs of diverse markets. Ability to work in a team environment and to be receptive to change. Ability to establish or be able to use your own already established links with offshore and onshore agents to promote our international student programs. Knowledge of international student recruitment markets. Strong computer skills in managing a CRM system and various databases. Experience in customer service. Key Responsibilities Develop and build relationships with education agents both locally and internationally. Daily manage international student and international agents. Identify new possibilities to promote the college and its courses within the global education markets. Develop new and innovative recruitment strategies to assist with the ongoing growth and development. Achievement of student enrolment targets for allocated market. Participate in marketing activities. Willingness to travel interstate and overseas as required. Input to our digital marketing team for social media and online recruitment channels. Other reasonable tasks that may be assigned to you. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues to maintain high retention rates. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense records. Why Join Us?
