About the role We are looking for an experienced 'All Rounder' to support our park across Front Office, Kiosk and Kids Club to ensure our guests are welcome and make Racecourse Beach a special place. You will be responsible for: Delivering a range of front-line reception services Ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously Service the Kiosk Create activities and programs for Kids Club and hands on participation What you will bring to the team: Experience (or the ability to quickly master) in booking systems, New Book would be advantageous Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests A friendly and helpful manner Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain prior to commencement Experience working with children required Current First Aid and CPR Statement of Attainment, or ability to obtain prior to commencement This is a casual role requiring availability on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
