Full stack .NET Developer + React (Senior Software Engineer) Join DWS , a professional Technology Consultancy part of HCLTech, as a senior Full Stack .NET Developer focused on React. This permanent role is based at Melbourne CBD and is a hybrid position combining work‑from‑home and office time. Start: ImmediateType: Full‑time, PermanentSchedule: Hybrid – WFH + officeSalary: Up to $180K per annum (includes super) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure .NET (C#) applications and their associated RESTful APIs. Build and integrate server‑side and client‑side components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Vue.js. Write clean, testable code with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest). Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments across environments. Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions. Mentor junior developers and promote code quality and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with .NET/.NET Framework and C#. Strong background in .NET Web API development. Advanced knowledge of React (Vue.js preferred, Angular acceptable). Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS . Experience working with SQL Server . Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, team‑oriented mindset. Highly Desirable Experience with Docker & Kubernetes . Exposure Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Artifacts, Repos). Knowledge of Azure services (AppInsights, Storage, KeyVault). Experience with end‑to‑end testing tools (Playwright preferred). Working knowledge of ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, NHibernate). Benefits Ongoing professional and career development.
