Occupational Therapist - Acute/Neuro/Stroke (Grade 2) Join Western Health as an acute/neurology & stroke occupational therapist grade 2, working across multiple sites. About the Role Provide evidence-based, occupation‑based practice to acute stroke/neurology patients, supervise staff and students, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive neuro assessments and interventions for stroke and acute patients. Develop discharge plans and facilitate transitions of care. Supervise and support staff and student OTs. Engage in quality improvement and research projects. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Experience in acute or neurological service provision. Strong collaborative skills and multidisciplinary teamwork experience. Experience in quality improvement initiatives or research.
