Full-time, part-time, and subcontractor opportunities are available. You will deliver services across clinic, mobile, and educational settings, including childcare centres, kindergartens, and schools. Key Responsibilities Provide assessments and individualised intervention for children with a range of disabilities. Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other health professionals. Develop therapy goals, monitor progress, and prepare reports as needed. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision. Option to design and facilitate group therapy programs. Skills & Experience Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) Current AHPRA registration Working With Children Check Valid driver’s licence and car Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills New graduates encouraged to apply – full training and mentoring provided Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 + Super + Quarterly bonuses; Flexibility: Mix of clinic and outreach work + WFH options Supervision: Grade 1 Fortnightly formal / Grade 2 Monthly formal + ongoing informal support Professional Development $2,000 annual PD allowance + 5 days paid PD leave (pro rata part time) Monthly PD team share & case conference + additional PD budget for new grads Tools Provided Laptop Location Perks Free all-day parking + close to Princess Freeway Career Growth Opportunities to develop and lead group programs Culture Supportive, friendly, and values-driven workplace New Graduate Program – Additional Support Weekly supervision for the first 3 months, then fortnightly Shadowing of experienced therapists during onboarding Gradual caseload increase over first 3 months Extra PD budget in first year to cover core paediatric training Interested?
