Planogram Merchandiser

Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser . You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing supporting Australia’s major retailers. About the Role Approximately 15-20 hours per week in Southern River and surrounds. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday-Friday with a minimum of 3 full day availability. Starting in Mid January 2026. Key Responsibilities Building strong relationships with store personnel. Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store. Pricing and ticketing compliance. Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet. Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally. Successful candidate will have Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment. Strong communication , organisational skills , and attention to detail . An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus . Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.
