We have a full-time ongoing role and a part-time fixed term 12-month parental leave cover position 64 hours per fortnight available commencing in early 2026. In this role, you will lead and deliver a range of strategic projects that support service improvement and system integration across our partner sites. You’ll apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to review current systems, explore best practice, and design innovative approaches to enhance care pathways for children and young people with cancer. You willbe responsible for…. Lead and manage multiple projects that advance the goals of PICS. Conduct clinical audits and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across health services. Review and redesign systems and processes to optimise patient care pathways. Present findings and recommendations in clear and engaging formats. Your skills and experience Proven experience in project management, ideally within a healthcare or clinical service environment. Strong understanding of quality improvement and system change methodologies. Ability to analyse, interpret and present data effectively. Excellent communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach and confidence to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in common software tools and project documentation systems.
