Senior Automation Lead

As part of our growth, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Automation Lead to shape and lead our automation strategy, frameworks, and teams. What You’ll Do Leading the automation strategy and governance across projects. Managing a team of developers to build scalable, cloud-based automation solutions. Designing and implementing reusable automation frameworks using open-source tools. Collaborating with developers to embed automation capabilities into workflows. Identifying and assessing automation opportunities with stakeholders. Ensuring high levels of technical quality and performance in all delivered solutions. Maintaining automation libraries, tools, and interfaces. Defining architectural specs and executing testing for key system interfaces. Reporting on automation progress and strategy to senior leadership. Mentoring team members and supporting staff development. What You’ll Bring 5+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or similar consulting delivery roles. Proven hands-on experience in DevOps and automation technologies. Background in automating REST APIs and working with modern automation platforms. Understanding of enterprise-level IT processes (monitoring, backups, service management). Experience managing complex or large-scale automation projects. Proficiency with automation testing, integration, performance, and agile SDLC practices. Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams and open-source communities. A quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and lead teams through change.
