Work across various machinery and systems including Digesters, Fibreline, Re-causticizing, Lime Kiln, etc. Conduct in-process inspection and checks using the DCS along with physical in-field inspections. Identify and analyze process control maintenance requirements, and to automatically generate required work orders through DCS. Ensure complex systems Continuous improvement plans and programs are feasible and are beneficial to the Mill. Develop short to medium-term plans and solutions to optimize paper production and ensure competitiveness in the market. What You Will Bring: Qualification within any of the following areas as a minimum: Pulp Making, Power Plant Operations, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. Boiler and Turbine ticket is highly advantageous. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate your mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure. You have a safety-first mindset and comply with OHS&E policies and procedures at all times.
