About the Company Our client is an automotive dealership located in Sydney. Responsibilities Demonstrate a can‑do attitude and provide exceptional pre‑ and post‑sales customer service. Manage all aspects of selling new cars, including following up on internet leads, assisting walk‑in customers, and handling paperwork. Meet sales targets to contribute to the dealership's success. Assist with showroom presentation and coordinate yard changes as needed. Conduct test drives for potential customers. Introduce customers to the Business Manager for finance options. Qualifications Proven success track record in new vehicle sales (essential). Self‑motivated, focused, professional, and reliable. Ability to work effectively in a team. Hold a non‑restricted manual NSW driver's license. Benefits Generous retainer plus commission and a fully maintained company car. On‑target earnings (OTE) circa $140K +. Five‑day working week.
