Land Advisor role at Suburban Rail Loop Authority Summary Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) is an integrated transport infrastructure and precincts planning project that will deliver a 90km rail line linking all major services from the Frankston Line to the Werribee Line via Melbourne Airport. The project also involves investment in suburbs to better connect Victorians to jobs, retail, education, health services and each other. The Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA) is the statutory body responsible for planning, procuring, and overseeing construction and precinct development, driving a transformation of Melbourne and Victoria. About The Opportunity The Land Advisor will deliver high‑quality support and assistance to the Land team on matters relating to identification, leasing, divestment, acquisition and management of land for the project. The role involves providing advice on Private, Government and Crown Land matters, using relevant legislation powers, and supporting the broader Land team and Delivery teams on key land issues for the Suburban Rail Loop Project.
