Founded in 2022, their bespoke distillery crafts small‑batch specialty spirits including gins, vodka and liqueurs, all made with premium ingredients and exquisite flavour profiles. Located in Mitcham, Victoria, they also feature a vibrant hospitality space, including a tasting room and bar, where guests can discover their products, attend events, and immerse themselves in the Dutch Rules experience. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Manager to lead their venue operations, elevate guest experiences and drive the growth of their bar, tasting room and events space. This position will oversee day‑to‑day hospitality operations, manage front‑of‑house teams, work closely with production and marketing teams, and shape a warm, welcoming brand‑aligned environment. Requirements for this role Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required Expected salary: $76,515 - $77,000 per year The annual salary for this position is $76,515 to $77,000 plus superannuation. Tasks include Lead and develop front‑of‑house, bar, and events staff, including recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management. Ensure exceptional guest service standards, delivering memorable tastings, events, and daily bar experiences. Collaborate with the distilling and product teams to integrate new spirit releases into the venue offering and guest experiences. Manage venue operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Plan and implement marketing and events programs to increase traffic, brand awareness, and revenue. Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback, and continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all hospitality functions to ensure consistency and quality. Oversee vendor relationships, including ordering supplies, negotiating contracts, and managing deliveries. Coordinate and manage private events, tastings, and special promotions to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue. Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecast costs, and control operational expenses. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and other regulatory requirements. Foster a positive team culture that motivates staff, encourages professional development, and promotes a safe working environment. Qualifications Should hold an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2). Must have at least one (1) year of relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
