You will lead three core services across multiple towns Town Services: Overseeing mowing, water, parks, and general town maintenance. Waste Operations: Leading the waste collection and transfer station teams. Roads Team: Managing grading and regional road maintenance (delivered by remote workers). The most crucial element is people management . We need a strong, supportive leader who can inspire teams, navigate skills shortages, and empower their direct reports to own their work.
