With a strong reputation for professionalism and attention to detail, we are looking to grow our team with a motivated, hands‑on individual. The Role We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to assist in both the manufacture and installation of signage. While a signwriting qualification is not required, you must have proven experience using power tools and be comfortable working on a variety of signage projects. Some installations will require overnight travel, so flexibility is important. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the manufacture and installation of signage products Safely and effectively using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, saws, grinders) On-site problem‑solving to ensure smooth and successful installations Collaborating with the team to deliver projects to a high standard and on schedule Travelling overnight when required for certain installation projects Hands‑on experience with power tools and workshop equipment Strong problem‑solving skills and initiative Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary Desirable (but not essential) EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket – or a willingness to obtain one Experience working with 12‑volt electrical components and LED lighting What We Offer A supportive and friendly work environment The opportunity to gain valuable skills in the signage industry Varied, hands‑on work with opportunities to develop practical trade skills How to Apply If you’re a motivated, practical individual with the right experience, we’d love to hear from you Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to ********@shoalhavensigns.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
