Focus of this position is to work closely with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of their strategy, processes, services, road‑map and the context in which the business units operate. Must be Jack of all trades ? Must have 8-10-years of leadership experience & 10+ years of Project Management / Business Analyst experience About the role The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing business processes from end to end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. It will identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology related initiatives, projects and / or programs that will positively impact Client, maximise return on investment and deliver on Client strategic priorities and objectives. The Lead Business Analyst will oversee a team of Business Analysts and support them in providing strategic business analysis services to business partners across the client. This role will be key to understanding the technology capabilities needed to address business challenges. Skills & Experience Must have experience working on large scale digital and / or technology projects as well as managing a business analysis practice / Centre of Excellence Certification in one or more Agile methods and relevant business analysis methods, or Significant SAFe / Agile experience Strong Waterfall project experience Strong experience with online collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point High level relationship building and interpersonal skills and effective communication skills Decision maker who demonstrates leadership skills Sound commercial acumen Experience re‑engineering processes and systems Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with many deadlines Prior experience in or knowledge of the business of sport advantageous Functional knowledge of application environments, services, delivery mechanisms and infrastructure advantageous Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications Qualifications Tertiary Qualifications in Digital, Technology and / or Project / Program Management (advantageous) Experience Managing business analysis practice / Centre of Excellence Certification in one or more Agile methods and relevant business analysis methods Capable of motivating and using personal relationships to gain the expected level of performance from the team and external stakeholders Benefits you will be eligible Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities Tickets to the Australian Open & Superbox tickets to concerts and events at Rod Laver & Melbourne Arenas Monthly health & wellbeing activities through our Thrive program Onsite gym & tennis facilities Flexible working practices & free car parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
