Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, full‑time Roving Security Guard with strong retail and corporate experience to patrol Southgate Shopping Centre. The role requires high physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce accurate incident reports. Key Selection Criteria Hold a current Security License – Control Room highly regarded Minimum of 2 years in shopping centre security Valid First Aid & CPR certification Proven experience in the security industry Excellent written and verbal communication Can work independently or collaboratively in a team Duties and Responsibilities Deliver exceptional security and customer service Guard, patrol, monitor and control assigned premises Respond to emergencies and alarm events Assess and address potential risks Manage access control Write incident reports and maintain data logs Work Hours and Shift Pattern Full‑time 12‑hour rotating roster, days & nights, including weekends.
