About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and service‑driven Bartenders and Floor Staff to join the team at The Bristol on a casual basis. Whether you’re behind the bar crafting memorable drinks or on the floor delivering attentive and friendly table service, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable moments across our vibrant outlets. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, premium hospitality environment where teamwork, professionalism, and personality come together to elevate every shift. Key Responsibilities: Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including premium cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers, to the highest standard. Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations, upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience. Maintain bar presentation, restock supplies, and ensure bar cleanliness and organisation. Comply with RSA requirements, ensuring the responsible service of alcohol at all times. Work collaboratively with floor staff and other departments to ensure seamless service. Provide exceptional table service across restaurant, lounge, and bar areas. Take accurate orders and liaise effectively with bar and kitchen teams. Assist in the set‑up, pack‑down, and cleanliness of service areas. Engage with guests warmly, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally. Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. Both Roles: Deliver service excellence and contribute to a positive team culture. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Bring energy, passion, and initiative to every shift. About You: 1+ years’ hospitality experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar environment preferred. Strong beverage knowledge and/or confident in food and beverage service. Excellent communication skills with a guest‑first mindset. Ability to work in high‑volume, fast‑paced settings. Team player with a proactive attitude. Valid RSA (essential for bartenders; preferred for floor staff). Weekend and evening availability essential. Benefits: Competitive tips.
