What’s on offer Permanent full-time role with career stability Being part of a collaborative and capable team delivering essential services Lead with purpose in a role that directly impacts community safety and infrastructure reliability Access to a variety of Health and Wellness initiatives - including the EAP, Ventia's Healthy Minds program and Healthy Bodies program Employee benefits such as corporate travel discounts, Novated leases, private health discounts, credit discounts and more Continue your career growth with the iconic TQ Project working in a collaborative team About the role As the Fire Supervisor, you will be responsible for - Leading and mentoring a team of technicians and coordinators Planning and delivering fire maintenance works in line with safety, quality, time and cost requirements Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with KPIs and contractual obligations Driving safety culture and SHEQ compliance across all sites Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our key client, Transurban Ensure comprehensive records are established and maintained, reporting daily site events, progress reports and maintaining Asset Management System What you will bring You must have experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of AS : 1851 Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems (tunnel network experience would be advantageous). Fire trade background with relevant QBCC Fire Licence Driver’s licence and Construction White Card Supervisory , maintenance and contractual experience Sound communication, time management and problem-solving abilities Client focussed and professional with high attention to detail Self-motivated and driven with solid planning and organisation skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite (and ideally Maximo and FireMate) About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
