Learning and Knowledge Manager, Queensland Health Are you looking for a new adventure? Come join Corporate Services Division as a Learning and Knowledge Manager where you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of the Education and Knowledge work packages within the Pay Enhancement Program. This includes fostering collaboration across the Corporate Services Division and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact. Your key responsibilities: Develop a Knowledge and Education Strategy aligned to the Pay Enhancement Program objectives. Manage and lead the planning, design, development (eLearning and other materials) and implementation maintenance and evaluation of the Pay Enhancement Program knowledge management and learning initiatives. Manage the Training and Education Lead resource including deliverables aligned to the Pay Enhancement Program plan. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or knowledge management within a large or complex organisation. Strong content strategy and digital communication skills, including the ability to audit, restructure, and elevate content across platforms. Proven ability to lead strategic education initiatives and deliver education programs, including eLearning and learning pathways. Why work with us?
