Full‑time appointment on a fixed term basis for 2 years. Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the opportunity Play a lead role in optimising and supporting the University’s payroll system (aPay), ensuring compliance, data integrity and an improved user experience. Apply technical expertise to configure, upgrade and enhance the system, mapping business requirements to functionality and identifying automation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, while fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. About you Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proven experience in configuring and administration of aPay (Ascender Pay). Relevant experience in a Business Analyst role requiring business process re‑engineering and improvement in large and complex organisations. Demonstrated experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation and testing including creation of test plans. Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships whilst remaining fully customer focused. Note A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
