Videographer - Real Estate

Location: Highland Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Candidates must be based in Sydney and willing to work full time in the office. The Role We are a dynamic and growing real estate company looking for a talented Videographer to join our in‑house marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, your focus will be on producing engaging video content including reels, videos, podcasts, interviews, talking heads, presentations, and other digital assets that showcase our properties and enhance our brand. The role involves travel – both between properties and within the Greater Sydney region. Key Responsibilities Develop & execute creative concepts for digital content across various platforms, aligned with Highland's brand values, including weekly interactive and behind‑the‑scenes content. Plan, shoot and edit high‑quality videos that highlight our brand, agents and properties to attract potential clients. Analyse and report on social media metrics and adjust the content strategy to improve engagement and reach. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media trends and best practices for visual storytelling. Operate drone for footage related to social media reels and property advertising. Record, film and edit podcasts – notably "The Home Front". Promote agents, agency, properties and locations in the best light. Overall video editing and production. Qualifications Strong portfolio of digital content creation and videography work. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Experience creating content for social media platforms, preferably in real estate. Experience filming reels and podcasts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools and social media platforms. Photography/videography skills specifically for social media channels. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and project‑management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience recording, filming, editing and posting podcasts to Spotify. Passion and energy to create innovative and engaging work. Equipment Required for the Role Good quality DSLR or equivalent. Drone. Relevant shooting accessories. Ideal Candidate Profile Proficient in Windows 11 environment. Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, OneDrive and SharePoint. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Media Encoder.
