Senior Accountant / Practice Manager – TOOWOOMBA – Equity Opportunity Senior Accountant / Practice Manager Well-established firm with offices in Brisbane and Toowoomba Toowoomba based role Very flexible working arrangements Supportive and friendly team culture Full responsibility of client management given Salary up to $110k – commensurate with experience and negotiable Formal qualifications desired although not mandatory Equity opportunity available in the medium-long term for the right person THE PRACTICE Our client is afriendly and supportive CPA &CA firm, established over 20 years ago, providing Business Services, Taxation, Superannuation and Financial Planning services to a mixed range of business and individual clients. Their client industry base ranges from primary production to real estate to medical to tradies so there is plenty of exposure on offer. The firm prides themselves on thinking outside the square and taking initiative in helping their clients beyond standard compliance needs. THE OPPORTUNITY An opportunity to join their Toowoomba office is now available and they are ideallyseeking a highlyexperienced Senior Accountant who is able to provide quality accounting andtaxation services to a mixture of clients, working autonomously in managing the client set and running the day-to-day activities of the practice. This is a hands on position so would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, diversity and working closely with clients. You will be responsible for your clients and ensuring their compliance obligations (BAS, Financial Statements, taxation obligations) are met, and providetaxation and business consulting advice to a range of interesting and diverse client businesses and entities, including self managed superannuation. Experience with XERO, MYOB and other Accounting products is desired (Handisoft Practice Management Software would be advantageous).
