C# Developer – Database Susquehanna International Group is seeking an experienced C# Developer to join our Core Trading Technology Team. The role involves the analysis, design and development of high‑performance applications in a Front Office trading environment, covering server‑side systems and user interfaces. You will work closely with traders, research and technology teams to analyze requirements, implement and maintain software across the trading environment, and help foster a high‑performing team. Responsibilities Analyse, design and develop business‑critical applications. Lead projects through the entire software development cycle, from requirements gathering to production release. Continuously seek innovation, learning and working with new technologies. Improve the capabilities of the Core Trading Technology team and its applications through technology, automation and other means. What We’re Looking For A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline. 5+ years of C# experience in server‑side systems (ideally with multi‑threading) and client‑side development. Previous WPF experience (advantage). Understanding of web technologies, HTML and JavaScript; experience with ReactJS and TypeScript is a plus. Experience running and deploying .NET Core applications on Linux (advantage). Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with traders, quantitative analysts and developers. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast‑paced team environment. In‑depth knowledge of C# design, profiling, object‑oriented principles, multi‑threading and user‑interface development on both client and server sides. Experience with real‑time applications, especially with Tibco RV, is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle, ideally with solid Agile experience.
