About the Role As Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will manage workflows, establish standard operating procedures, and maintain vendor relationships. Reporting to the Rooms Division or General Manager, you will have full authority over personnel actions and play a key role in achieving departmental goals within budget.
