Sr. IT Technical Recruiter - ANZ || Certified Technical Recruiter || Any IT role you are looking then Mail your CV at Job Description Short Description : The Web Content Author will play an important role in migrating, organising, and publishing web content and digital assets from existing Drupal websites and source documents into the new Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This role ensures that content is accurately migrated, properly formatted, accessible, and aligned with the brand's tone and digital standards. Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and accessibility best practices will be highly regarded. Knowledge & Experience Experience authoring or publishing content within Adobe Experience Manager Understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts – tagging, metadata, and asset versioning. Familiarity with HTML basics and structured content formatting. Understanding of WCAG principles and writing for inclusive design. Experience migrating content for large-scale website projects. Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft 365. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows. Responsibilities Migrate, review, and publish content from Drupal and existing documents (Word, PDF, etc.) into the AEM platform. Structure and format content within AEM components, templates, and blocks according to design and accessibility guidelines. Upload, tag, and manage images, videos, and other media in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Ensure all migrated content meets WCAG accessibility and brand standards. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and testers to validate content accuracy post-migration. Assist in identifying and correcting any content gaps, broken links, or formatting inconsistencies. Support UAT testing and QA processes by verifying content rendering, functionality, and metadata accuracy. Maintain documentation of migration progress, issues, and resolution steps. Work closely with marketing, design, and compliance teams to ensure content approval and readiness for go-live. Work with stakeholders to maintain a program of continuous improvement activities across technology and operations.
