As a Sales Representative, you’ll drive revenue growth in your territory through strategic relationship building, proactive sales activities, and outstanding customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts Plan and execute quarterly and seasonal sales strategies Track competitor activity and market trends in your territory Represent IsAlbi at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and campaign execution Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, account management, or B2B sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills Experience managing a defined territory or customer base Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Highly organised with excellent time management skills Experience in wholesale or distribution sales is a plus If you’re ready to step into a high-impact finance leadership role and make a tangible difference, we want to hear from you.
