If you are a dedicated aged care professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering person‑centred care, we’d love to hear from you. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our 130 bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a full master roster, and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on operational and clinical leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You’ll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 3 Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you’ll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.
