We’re seeking a Commercial Site Manager to take ownership of our clubhouse and resort facility builds — from wellness centres and cinemas to bars, pools, and summer houses — all designed and built to a premium finish. Delivering facilities at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, we’re seeking an experienced Site Manager for Kilcoy. This is your chance to be part of something bigger than just another construction site — you’ll be building places that enhance lives and create communities About The Role You’ll take the lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver stunning commercial amenities on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your Responsibilities Will Include Site planning and documentation preparedness Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports Ensuring quality assurance and ITP compliance Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records Managing defects and holding trades accountable Building team capability and ensuring compliance Leading and engaging your team to get the best out of them Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders We’re looking for someone with a trade background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across site teams and contractors. Requirements QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential Extensive experience in Commercial construction Proven background managing sites efficiently taking into account the Health and Safety of the teams OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better Drivers Licence Proactive and action oriented, someone who takes responsibility and delivers the agreed outcomes. Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions quickly Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Someone who leads by example Highly competent in IT and software A professional who values quality, accountability, and teamwork Why Join QA Build and GemLife?
