About the role We’re seeking an enthusiastic and service‑driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a casual or full‑time role. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant and function operations, inspire and support a passionate service team, and ensure every interaction with our members and guests is exceptional. You’ll lead by example, maintaining professional standards while fostering a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the Club’s reputation for excellence. You will have: Supervising daily restaurant and function operations Leading, training, and motivating the front‑of‑house team Ensuring smooth service and impeccable presentation Opening/closing outlets, cash handling, and daily reporting Overseeing set‑up and execution of Club events and functions Building relationships with members and guests through personal, attentive service About you You’re confident, polished, and genuinely love hospitality. You’re equally comfortable on the restaurant floor or leading a premium event, with an eye for detail and a calm, positive approach. You’ll bring: Previous food and beverage supervisory experience in a premium or five‑star venue A strong understanding of food and beverage operations Leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire others Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills A passion for delivering exceptional service every time Flexibility to work a rotating 7‑day roster (including weekends and evenings) Current RSA and Queensland driver’s licence This position offers flexible working conditions, including the potential to work evenings or weekends to meet business needs.
