About the Role As a Project Engineer, you will take the lead in delivering end-to-end technical projects for a diverse client base across a broad range of technologies. From planning and stakeholder communication to hands-on delivery and documentation—you’ll own the project lifecycle. You’ll work across both cloud and on-prem solutions, with the opportunity to contribute to presales and help shape future project opportunities. Some after-hours and weekend work may be required and will be planned in advance. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, values accountability, and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver technical projects across cloud and on-prem environments Scope, plan, and manage project activities end-to-end Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders Produce high-quality technical documentation Ensure projects are delivered on time and to expectations Contribute to presales and solution discussions Follow processes, SLAs, and best-practice standards Represent Emerging IT with professionalism, collaboration, and care What You Bring Must Have: Up to 10 years’ experience in an IT/MSP environment Minimum 3-5 years of IT/MSP experience required Strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles Proven time‑management and organisational skills Demonstrated experience across: Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper‑V Networking: Cisco/Meraki, Aruba Microsoft: Server, Active Directory, SQL Experience required across most of the demonstrated technology areas listed above Nice to Have: Firewalls & security (Cyberoam, Cisco, Sophos, Juniper) Messaging platforms (Exchange, Google Mail, O365, Teams) Why You’ll Love It Here Work on meaningful, varied projects with real ownership Be part of a supportive, values-driven culture Opportunity to grow, innovate, and challenge the status quo Flexible location options, including Melbourne or Sydney A team that values emotional intelligence, respect, and proactive thinking We don’t just talk about culture — we live it.
