About the Role Lead our teams giving our customers an outstanding experience. The ALDI Store Manager drives sales targets, owns training and development of a close‑knit team, and manages day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities Ensure the store runs smoothly and keeps customers satisfied. Develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation. Manage stock, monitor inventory and minimise losses. Collaborate with the team at registers, shelf‑filling and merchandising special buys. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose ideas. Administer resources effectively, hitting goals without compromising quality. Conduct interviews for potential new team members, assisting the Area Manager with recruitment. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment. Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor and guide a team to success. Exceptional communication skills fostering collaboration and an inclusive work environment. Goal‑oriented mindset with dedication to achieving and surpassing targets. Ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure. Professional, fair and responsible approach nurturing positivity.
