Locations Burnside Village – Opened August 88 O'Connell North Adelaide – Opening 5 January Job Description As a nurse at our practice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. You will be a proactive, compassionate, and skilled healthcare professional, dedicated to maintaining our practice's values and standards. Responsibilities & Duties Proactive chronic disease management, including health assessments and care plans. Assisting GPs with clinical nursing duties, including patient triage, immunisations, wound management, ECGs, iron infusions, and procedures. Maintaining stocks of clinical supplies, ensuring correct storage and timely reordering. Cold chain management. Upholding a safe and clean working environment, including maintenance of clinical equipment. Staying informed about current legislation and regulatory obligations, such as infection control and safety protocols. Maintaining a cooperative relationship with the team, documenting and communicating information, responding to requests, and participating in team problem-solving methods. Preserving patient confidence by keeping their information confidential. Requirements A belief in the value and long-term benefits of high quality, proactive, preventative healthcare. Qualifications & Certifications Tertiary qualifications in Nursing AHPRA Registration Police Clearance / Working with Children Check Current First Aid Certificate Current CPR Certificate Applications with a copy of your CV.
