Job Description Assist with day‑to‑day operations with the guests in the restaurant. Ensure professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interaction. Clear and reset tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy. Have an unbridled passion for food and love sharing your food stories with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine are preferred. Have the confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assist those with special dietary needs or preferences, and provide enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages. Anticipate guest needs and create unforgettable dining experiences. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs. Collaborate with team members to respond to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables. Assist with event set‑ups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant. Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience. Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate. Ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Great communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guests. Passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items. A calm nature in the midst of a fast‑paced environment. A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times.
