This is an opportunity to join the team at 7HOFM, Hobart’s #1 radio station. Working closely with the General and Sales Managers, you will offer support to the sales team and management, and liaise with our departments to ensure the seamless operations of our advertising sales delivery, along with various other functions such as events and activations. 7HOFM has a vibrant and supportive culture, with an emphasis on achievement and fun. About the role: Efficiently and accurately process advertising bookings generated by the Sales team, as instructed by the Sales/General Manager. Liaise and coordinate with the ARN (Australian Radio Network) Airtime staff to ensure that the booking data has been entered correctly. Assist Account Managers with processing of credit applications and reference checks ensuring all relevant information is collected so the client ID is issued as quickly as possible. Assist sales team in uploading MIs and audio as required and provide overall assistance as required with Workflow. Ensure that accurate records are maintained on bookings for the purpose of airtime reconciliation and survey information. Update Station Sponsorship Tracker Deliver daily revenue updates to Sales Team.
