Join the growing team at InnoTherm Pty Ltd as a Mechanical Draftsperson. This full‑time role is based in Tottenham, Victoria and will see you using your technical expertise to support the design and development of innovative thermal solutions. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed mechanical drawings and technical documentation to support the design, manufacture, and installation of thermal products Interpret client requirements, engineering specifications, and design briefs to create accurate 2D and 3D CAD models Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot design issues and provide recommendations for product improvements Ensure all mechanical drawings and technical documentation adhere to relevant standards and company procedures Maintain an up‑to‑date library of component parts, materials, and engineering specifications Provide support to the production team during the manufacturing process as needed What We're Looking For Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification SolidWorks proficiency is preferred for this position Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical information Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work Effective communication skills to liaise with cross‑functional teams Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and thermal management systems would be highly advantageous Someone with a friendly disposition and enthusiastic approach to ongoing challenges.
