About the Role You’ll oversee our Shared Living services in Wondonga, ensuring your team is engaged, high‑performing, and aligned with our mission. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with authentic leadership will help create a supportive environment for both staff and customers. About You At least five years’ experience in a middle‑management role, ideally within disability services Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Individual Support or Business Management, or equivalent A strong commitment to human rights and delivering outstanding customer service Skilled in mentoring, coaching and developing high‑performing teams Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire others Empathy, compassion and a genuine understanding of diverse perspectives A collaborative approach and a natural ability to bring out the best in people We welcome applications from candidates with a disability, as your experience will strengthen our advocacy and support a more inclusive world Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality disability services Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to build a motivated, high‑performing team Manage budgets, rosters and team performance to meet strategic priorities Champion human rights and person‑centred practices in all aspects of service delivery Coordinate multiple systems and processes to ensure operational success Why Join Veritext Legal Solutions?
