Help Shape Futures at C&K Clinton Community Childcare Centre As one of our highly valued Lead Educators , you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners. About C&K Clinton C&K Clinton is a 5-room centre with little community members aged from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Our centre boasts a beautiful yarning circle in our expansive outdoor play area where our children can explore different textures and environments. Our Director, Kelly, brings 7 years of experience with C&K, including time at our Brisbane centres. With her leadership and our team's dedication, we strive to offer the best education and care for our littlest community members. The role Permanent Full Time 40 hours a week with 1 RDO per month Shifts anywhere between 6 am to 6 pm Opening and Closing shifts Experience working with Birth to 3 years Experience with Circle of security framework Find Your Better Way and Enjoy the Benefits Every C&K career helps children belong and grow. What you’ll bring If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one). You will bring a passion for achieving long‑lasting, high‑quality outcomes for children, their families and the community alongside a team‑player mindset – when you join C&K, you join a village of good-hearted, talented people, so you can lean on them as they lean on you.
