Engagement: Contract, 6 months with strong extension likelihood Start: January 2026 About the Role We are looking for a senior SAP Business Technology Platform consultant who operates as an architect, technical lead, and lead consultant. This person will guide solution design, own technical delivery, and provide hands‑on build across all key workstreams. The engagement requires someone who can work directly with business and technical stakeholders and lead delivery outcomes with minimal oversight. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design on SAP BTP, ensuring technical alignment and architectural integrity Provide hands‑on build across applications, services, and integrations Lead technical delivery and mentor junior and mid-level team members Build and manage integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems using Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh and related services Translate business and functional requirements into robust BTP architectures and delivery roadmaps Oversee quality, performance, security, and scalability across all BTP components Support testing, deployment, and transition activities including documentation and knowledge transfer Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as a lead consultant or technical lead across SAP BTP programs Strong hands‑on expertise with SAP BTP including Cloud Foundry, Kyma, CAP, Fiori or UI5, and Integration Suite Solid background in SAP development and integration using ABAP, Java, Node.js or similar Strong understanding of security, identity, authorisation models, and connectivity patterns in BTP Ability to lead workshops, drive technical decisions, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders Experience delivering in consulting or professional services environments Desirable Experience integrating BTP with SuccessFactors, S4HANA, Ariba or other SAP modules Exposure to Azure, AWS or GCP Workflow automation or event driven architecture experience Why This Role Lead technical delivery for a major BTP program Remote‑first engagement servicing the eastern seaboard with periodic travel Six‑month contract with a strong likelihood of extension into broader SAP and BTP initiatives Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Harsimran at ***************@mtpservices.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
