About the role Join our team as a Personal Carer and embrace our holistic approach to care, building cherished relationships with our residents based on dignity and respect. Under the leadership of the Enrolled & Registered Nurses, you will demonstrate sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual resident's needs. You will be part of a compassionate and dedicated team delivering the highest standard of person‑centered care to our residents every day. What will you bring to the role? You will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable) Medication Assist Competency (desirable) Understanding of Aged Care and residents’ rights and responsibilities Dedicated to caring for older people to live their best lives Proficient teamwork with a friendly, approachable manner Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills Flexible availability of days and shift times What can Southern Cross Care offer you?
