You will bring strong domain knowledge in delivering Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and will lead the solution delivery of the CX implementations to ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefits realized. Pre‑Requisites Work experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion CX Platform Working experience on Fusion Field Service and Service Cloud Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Spoken) Tertiary Qualifications Ability to travel as needed Australian resident or citizen Preferred Skills Working knowledge on Oracle Integration Cloud Working Knowledge on Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Knowledge of Customer Data Management – Customer 360/Lifecycle Knowledge of CI/CD Industry Experience in Health Sector Experience working in Sales and Service implementations Responsibilities Experienced consulting professional with understanding of industry best practices & business processes to deliver great customer outcomes Cloud architect with extensive consulting for architectural design on CRM requirements and implementation.
