Demonstrated experience as a classroom practitioner. Qualified to teach Stage 4 to 6 TAS with experience in Timber an advantage. Appropriate qualifications. A demonstrated capacity to align practice with a whole‑school Positive Behaviour for Learning model of student support. An appropriate mix of pedagogical, content, and technological knowledge. An informed understanding of inclusive, learner‑centred pedagogy. An ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to staff professional culture. Willingness to participate in staff professional development in partnership with the College. Willingness to contribute to the KLA team in their understanding of relevant curriculum and its application to the College. Willingness to take on co‑curricular activities. Capacity to teach Religious Education (RE) is an advantage. Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category B, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or working towards Accreditation.
