Job Description About the Venues Tilda is an “Australian Grill”, a luxe 110-seater (which includes a 12-person private dining room). Serving fresh and dry-aged fish and shellfish, with sauces celebrating the seasons and local produce, the menu highlights Australian ingredients. The wine list will lean local, and the cocktail program will feature classics with local botanicals. Delta Rue is a striking and bustling restaurant on level 5 of the Sydney Sofitel Wentworth with Vietnamese-French cuisine. Delta Rue offers a bold, distinctive experience with a wide wine list. We are seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our team. This is a leadership role that will require you to oversee front-of-house operations and team performance while upholding the high standards of service, hospitality and guest experience that House Made Hospitality is known for. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, want to increase your knowledge about food and drink, are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, and want to elevate dining standards, we want to hear from you. We would love to hear from you if you Have experience in a similar role; Have exceptional communication skills; Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service; Have excellent organisational & time management skills; Are driven & results-focused; Have sound food & beverage knowledge; Have strong attention to detail; Are familiar with hospitality software programs; and Have strong leadership, management & motivational skills.
