Locum Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Salary: HN16-59 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the role: Western Health is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dynamic Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Unit. Key responsibilities: Provide expert clinical care to patients across Western Health's campuses. Lead and supervise junior medical staff and registrars, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of Western Health's strategic priorities, including service innovation, research, and education. About you: Holds Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) or equivalent specialist qualifications. Is registered (or eligible for registration) with AHPRA. Demonstrates a commitment to teaching, mentoring, and continuous professional development. Has excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to patient care.
