This role offers a diverse caseload, including sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities Build and nurture a loyal client base by delivering personalised and high-quality care. Manage and treat a variety of sports and musculoskeletal injuries effectively. Design and implement tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs for lasting results. Provide a holistic approach to care by addressing the root causes of injuries and focusing on optimal lifelong physical health. Develop excellent rapport with clients, ensuring their recovery and health goals are prioritised. Collaborate with local GPs, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, personal trainers, sports coaches, and teams to enhance client outcomes. Actively participate in professional development sessions to stay at the forefront of physiotherapy practices. Hold or be willing to obtain Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening Checks. Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust. A passion for delivering optimal health outcomes through a proactive and empathetic approach. Organised, motivated, and committed to professional growth and client satisfaction. Experience engaging with musculoskeletal, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation cases.
