We seek a General Manager (GM) – Global Water to drive the strategic direction and execution of our APAC Global Water division for double‑digit growth. Key Responsibilities Forecasting and Planning : Develop and implement accurate forecasting models using market trends, customer inputs, analytics to drive business performance and achieve the plan. Lead the development of annual and long‑term business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and objectives. Participate in the development of corporate strategy, applying functional expertise to test the viability of the strategy and contribute creative ideas and insights. Develop and lead robust Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to optimize supply chain efficiency and meet customer demand. P&L Management : Develop strategies to increase revenue while controlling costs, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term sustainability. Ensure the achievement of financial targets and manage the P&L to drive profitability and growth. Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and cost‑effectiveness, ensuring operations align with financial goals. Focus the Business to Maximize Growth : Prioritize the most impactful opportunities and focus the team around those for success. Drive the organization towards achieving these goals through effective execution and accountability. Foster innovative strategies that contribute to customer and market success. What you need Over 10 years of experience in a Commercial leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and financial management. Proven experience in forecasting, P&L management, and SIOP management. Experience integrating acquisitions (preferred). Experience in the water business, particularly in Mining and Groundwater (preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Demonstrated ability to balance long‑term growth with quarterly performance. Experience setting and achieving stretch goals. Action‑oriented with a track record of taking initiative and driving results. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to empower and inspire teams.
