In this pivotal role, you’ll manage complex claims with precision and care - assessing policy coverage, conducting thorough investigations, and negotiating fair outcomes. Your new role Manage a portfolio of both complex householder property claims, as well as Complex Farm and Business claims for our Elders brand. Lead the resolution of complex claims, including those involving vulnerable customers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure best practice and compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the claims function. Provide timely, accurate support to ensure exceptional service and deliver the best possible results for our customers. About You Previous experience within property claims, with a sound understanding of relevant claims processes Experience within Elders and commercial claims, Business Pack and Farm Pack products, is highly desirable but not essential Collaborative and customer-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Adaptable and resilient, able to manage complex claims in fast-paced environments. Works independently and as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes.
