Store person/ Forklift Operator - ASAP Start Our client is Australia’s largest independent compressed air and power generation provider, with over 200 employees and ten branches nationwide. The Opportunity In what is likely to be a long‑term casual assignment our client requires an experienced warehouse professional for their Smithfield branch who is prepared to perform both forklift and manual handling duties. Don't be mistaken, this is no ordinary role and we're looking for people who are prepared to commit and impress. To be considered for this role you will need: A Car and Licence Minimum 6 months experience operating a Counterbalance/High Reach Forklift Experience with Pronto software is preferred however good computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly is required Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting in a fast‑paced environment Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure A willingness to learn and work as part of a team To be able to interview with our client and start the position as soon as possible About the role you will be performing: Majority of the work is warehouse focused – 10% forklift, 80% store person duties Receiving and processing orders, including paperwork Transferring Machine Parts Unloading/loading containers The hours are – 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday Short listed candidates will be asked to attend a brief interview with our client.
