What You’ll Do Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: optimise funding and repatriation across APAC markets; develop accurate cash flow forecasting with cross-functional teams; manage cross-border intercompany positions and daily treasury operations; execute treasury wire transfers and FX transactions; implement strategies to minimize FX and financial performance risks; ensure regulatory compliance across all markets; execute FX trades using trading platforms and banking systems; manage cash investments within policy guidelines. Banking Partnership Excellence: build strategic relationships with banking partners across APAC; negotiate optimal terms pricing and service agreements; stay ahead of regulatory changes and banking innovations; lead global initiatives including Treasury Management System implementation. Treasury Operations & Innovation: streamline bank account management and signatory processes; partner with Legal, Tax, Procurement and Business Finance teams; drive process optimization and automation initiatives; support M&A and restructuring activities; ensure policy adherence and payment security. Strategic Reporting & Analysis: deliver insights through regular and ad-hoc financial reports; present recommendations to regional and global leadership; support decision-making with data-driven analysis. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Treasury management experience in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Korea. Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management and regional banking. Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities. Cross‑cultural collaboration skills and attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills. Preferred: MBA or CTP certification Kyriba experience Foreign currency trading platform experience Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
