The Role This practice is currently seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join their established team. You will be providing assessment and therapy services to support a caseload of clients through the lifespan. These services may be conducted in clinic or within the community. Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Providing high‑quality assessment and therapy services to OT4You clients (including NDIS, Home Care, DVA, Medicare and private). Working closely with clients, their families and other community organisations to improve the overall function and participation of all individuals of all abilities within our community. Working closely with the team to support continued development and service improvements. Why work for this Practice? Regular internal and external supervision and mentoring Supported PD package Supported onboarding process including clinical work shadowing Skills & Qualifications Bachelor degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology Current AHPRA Registration Minimum of 1 year of experience is desirable. With experience working within the NDIS and Home Care is desirable. Must have current Police Check Must have current drivers license Demonstrated a high level of communication skills and team skills Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping others. Job Type Permanent - Full Time After Hours Requirements No Salary Information $77,000 - $90,0000 per annum About Bowen This position is located in our established Bowen clinic.
