Overview As a Press Operator at Top Stock Agencies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and high-quality production of animal feed mixes at our manufacturing facility in Mareeba, Queensland. This is a full‑time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. What you’ll be doing as a Press Operator Operating the pellet press and production process. Performing various manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and organising materials and equipment. Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment. Working with the production team to identify and implement process improvements. Following all safety protocols and reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors. What we’re looking for Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods, good hand‑eye coordination and a great attitude. A team‑oriented approach and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
